Official Auction Rules
Rule 1: All bids are final and binding. Placing a bid constitutes a contract to purchase the item at the bid price, plus any applicable fees and shipping costs.
Rule 2: The auction ends at the specified time unless a bid is placed within the last 60 seconds, in which case the auction is extended by 2 minutes. An auction may also end if the item is bought outright.
Rule 3: Payment is due immediately upon winning the auction. The winner's card on file will be charged automatically for the winning bid amount, shipping, insurance, state tax, and cc processing fees. If your order is subject to international tariff it will be charged separately before your item ships, or you will be responsible for it..
Rule 4: If the winner's payment fails, the auction will be offered to the second-highest bidder at their highest bid amount. If both payments fail, the auction is considered void.
Rule 5: All items are sold "as-is" without warranty. Descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes, but the buyer is responsible for their own assessment.
Rule 6: Any form of bid manipulation, including shill bidding or collaborating with other bidders, is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
Rule 7: All purchases have to be shipped insured.
Rule 8: You agree that by participating in this art installation you have read the Terms of Service (ToS) and agreed to them.
Rule 9: You agree that by participating in this art installation, which is happening here in Nashville, TN, you are doing so as if your physical presense was here, in fact, asking me to act on your behalf to make said purchase here FOR YOU, and ship it to you at your expense. As such are liable for state sales tax here in Nashville, TN as any buyer that would make the purchase for you here physically in this state would be.
Rule 10: By participating in this auction you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless for anything related to your purchase on this website, including but not limited to any claim made by any entity arising from said transaction.
Rule 11: I am the artist. I made this music, I made this custom auction place, as part of my art installation which you are here participating in. This is not a commercial retail endevour, I'm selling one item every 24 hours with a buy it now to express the chaos of the world. This IS part of the experience that you are participating in.
Rule 12: By participating in this art installation, if you do not owe sales tax on this item because of some nexus rule, that the sales tax immediately becomes a tip which I can keep.
